1. Mt. Eden

Mount Eden is something special for the Maoris and almost all tourists come here at least once. However, it pays to make your way to Mount Eden early in the morning or late in the evening. From here you have a great view of Auckland and can see spectacular sunsets or sunrises, enjoy it. It may look like this in the photo, but maybe there are even more spectacular views. We look forward to your comment with your photo.

2. Piha Beach

Piha Beach is also known as the surfer beach of Auckland. Here the locals go to surf or just have a relaxing day on the beach. For swimming, the beach is only partially suitable because it has strong currents and only a small part is guarded by lifeguards. But if you like to lie in the sun and are not afraid of many other visitors, then this is a super nice spot to relax.

3. Karekare Falls

The Karekare Falls are impressively high and a bit off the road. But still close enough to Auckland to get there in a short drive. From the parking lot it is only a few minutes’ walk to the waterfalls, who likes can also get a small shower under the waterfall, bathing suits are of course recommended.

4. Harbour City

The harbour city of Auckland is modern, lively and a day to stroll and discover value. From here, various ferries go to the smaller islands such as Waiheke or Great Barrier; you can sit at the harbour and have something tasty food, drink a coffee or just look around. This is where life beats and pulsates in Auckland, where there are a variety of corporate offices and there is always something going on. Nice to just watch the excitement and see how life is going in Auckland.

5. Albert Park

The Albert Park is located in the city centre and is a green gem. Extremely beautifully designed, space to lie in the sun, to discover and once a month there is a free meeting with music, opportunities for juggling and trying out new things. Everything right in the middle of Auckland. Just go, it's always worth a visit if the weather is good and the sun is shining.
