There is no food to buy on the tracks.

 

Take food lightly but enough for the hike.
Take food that cooks fast and delivers a lot of energy.

Cereals / porridge / oatmeal, good bread, honey or other spreads

Lunch: crackers, cheese , salami,
Jam, fruits

Dinner: instant soup, rice, couscous
or pasta, dried vegetables, cheese or freeze-dried food

Also : water, granola bars, tea or
Coffee, emergency food in case of delays
